Dispatched from home local travel & weekly pay Career advancement opportunities role open due to growth Pay up to $40/hr Responsibilities Execute service work completion as directed by dispatcher, with paid travel up to 2-3 hours daily and return home at night. Efficiently manage Company assigned vehicle and tools. Lead and train HVAC's Techs to effectively to troubleshoot & complete service work for clients. Utilize service platform application for work orders, time tracking, and reports. Perform various job site duties effectively, including troubleshooting of RTUs, Air cooled Screw/Scroll Chillers up to 200 tons, low voltage controls, and EMS systems, as well as part replacement, maintenance tasks, and pipe brazing while adhering to safety policies. Assist in training others in jobsite duties. Order materials through the purchase order process. Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on the jobsite. Conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner in all tasks. Dedicate efforts to maintaining the highest level of workmanship at every level, both individually and as a team. Requirements Requirements Troubleshoot and maintain package units, high chillers, pump towers, cooling towers control systems, Mechanical skills required to work on a variety of complex HVAC systems including fans, compressors, motor bearings, refrigeration circuits, burner set up, heat wheels, etc. Must have current OSHA 10 Training. Comfortable working around 5-ton to 200-ton package rooftop units Able to work on screw, scroll, centrifugal chillers both servicing, Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Lift & move 75 lbs Have hand tools 4+ years experience working with commercial HVAC systems, and Chiller experience Will need experience with refrigeration equipment, wiring, schematics and low voltage controls, chillers, and packaged HVAC equipment. Universal EPA certified Journeyman HVAC preferred but not required. Clean driving record.
